Luminos Psychoeducational Services ("Luminos," "we," "us") is a psychoeducational assessment practice led by Ibis Mendoza. You can reach us at ibismendoza@luminospsychology.com.

It does not cover the confidential clinical records created during an evaluation, which are governed by applicable healthcare and education privacy laws and by the paperwork you receive directly from our practice.
We use the information you provide only to respond to your inquiry, schedule and prepare for calls or appointments, and communicate with you about services you've asked about. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties for marketing.
To run this website we rely on a few trusted services, which process limited data on our behalf: Formspree (contact form delivery), Google Workspace / Google Calendar (email and appointment scheduling), and Cloudflare (website hosting and privacy-friendly analytics). Each maintains its own privacy practices.
This website is intended for use by parents, guardians, and professionals — not by children. Please share only the information needed to start a conversation; you can save detailed information about your child for our private, secure intake process.
You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the contact information you've submitted through this site at any time by emailing ibismendoza@luminospsychology.com.
